The Schwarz Rockhampton Rockets are excited to announce the signing of Kendall Stephens to the player roster for the 2025 Mitsubishi NBL1 North season.
Kendall returns to the Rockets, after previously playing throughout the 2021 & 2022 seasons. Rockhampton is excited to have the shooting guard, back in blue yet again.
Coach Neal Tweedy says "Excited to have Kendall Stephens returning to the Rockets this season. Kendall had a phenomenal college career and has gone on to play all around the world as a professional, including a year with the Rockets in 2022. 3-point shooting is so important in the modern game and with Kendall’s skillset of either shooting in transition or playing off screens allows us to play with great space on the floor. He needs to be guarded by all teams as soon as he steps across halfway, which opens up so many options for us this year. He understands the game in Australia, and it was important to the coaching staff that we found a player that had a connection to our basketball community on and off the floor”
