CYCLONES SIGN ALANA PAEWAI FOR 2025!

The CQ University Rockhampton Cyclones are excited to announce the signing of Alana Paewai to the player roster for the 2025 Mitsubishi NBL1 North season.

Alana joins the roster for 2025 CQ University Rockhampton Cyclones & everyone is beyond excited.

Coach Chris Muggeridge " I'm excited to announce the signing of Alana Paewai, a talented point guard from New Zealand to the Cyclones. Alana is known for her creative playmaking, sharp shooting and exceptional ball handling skills.

She has represented New Zealand at every national level, including the junior Tall Ferns, U14, U15, U17 teams. Most recently, she played for the Tokomanawa Queens in New Zealand's Tauihi Basketball Aotearoa league.

I'm looking forward to Alanas arrival in Rockhampton, and I'm extremely confident that her skills and experience will make a significant impact on the court this season for the Cyclones"
